Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.2dapparel.com.We pride ourselves in selling apparel that is brand new, never used and never worn.With that being stated we can only accept returns on our apparel if it is as follows:

     • DAMAGED meaning the clothing material is damaged in transit.

     • BLEMISHED SCREEN meaning the screen printing is damaged or altered in transit.

     • FAULTY or MISPRINTED meaning the screen printing is not what is shown on our Web site for that shirt.If the item you have purchased falls under one of these categories then please follow the return instructions below. contact us via email for further instructions.

 

You will have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase including the receipt number and last 4 digits to your credit card number used for the purchase. (make sure to keep a copy for your records).

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card which was used for the initial purchase of returned item.

Exchange/Replacement Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item to insure it's authenticity and immediately notify you on the status of shipping your replacement item.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NONREFUNDABLE. If you elect for a replacement shirt, we will cover the cost of the replacement shirt as well as the shipping for the replacement shirt.
